We have a 30-day return policy after you have received your product. If 30 days have gone by since your confirmed delivery, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers must send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours if product received has any issues.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect sizing due to our end. Photos will need to be provided of defective or damaged product. If product is deemed normal, exchange request will be denied.
For incorrect sizing error on our part, correct product will be shipped out to you free of charge.

You will be notified whether you are approved a refund once product is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds are not granted for orders in transit or may be delayed. Products must be returned before an exchange or refund is granted as long as return requirements are met.
